The Shard, London Bridge — concrete works by Prop Builders
Completed High-Rise London Bridge

The Project

At over 300 metres, The Shard is one of Western Europe's tallest buildings. Our teams contributed specialist concrete placing skills to the structure, working within the tight constraints and exacting tolerances of a landmark high-rise programme.

Our Scope

We supplied supervised concrete placing teams for core and slab works, coordinating continuous pours at height with the main contractor and engineers to keep the rising structure on programme and to specification.
